ENERGY BAR
THIS IS A SUGARLESS ENERGY BAR.
INGREDIENTS:
ALMOND : 1 CUP CASHEW NUT : 1 CUP RAISINS : 1/2 CUP DATES: 5 (OR AS NEEDED) HONEY : 4 TABLESPOON (CAN REDUCE OR INCREASE ACCORDING TO TASTE)
METHOD:
CRUSH THE ALMOND ,CASHEW, RAISINS AND DATES . THEN ADD HONEY AND MIX IT WELL. TAKE A TRAY WITH A BUTTER PAPER ON IT ( AS SEEN BELOW ). AND ADD THE MIXTURE. AND PRESS IT WELL. IT WILL BE READY WITHIN 15 MINS OR LESS. TEMPERATURE:NORMAL
YOU CAN ALSO ADD WHITE OATS AND SESAME SEEDS AS PER YOUR CHOICE.
(TRAY WITH BUTTER PAPER OR YOU CAN USE PARCHMENT PAPER )
