ENERGY BAR THIS IS A SUGARLESS ENERGY BAR. INGREDIENTS: ALMOND : 1 CUP CASHEW NUT : 1 CUP RAISINS : 1/2 CUP DATES: 5 (OR AS NEEDED) HONEY : 4 TABLESPOON (CAN REDUCE OR INCREASE ACCORDING TO TASTE) METHOD:  CRUSH THE ALMOND ,CASHEW, RAISINS AND DATES . THEN ADD HONEY AND MIX IT WELL. TAKE A TRAY WITH A BUTTER PAPER ON IT ( AS SEEN BELOW ) . AND ADD THE MIXTURE. AND PRESS IT WELL. IT WILL BE READY WITHIN 15 MINS OR LESS. TEMPERATURE:NORMAL YOU  CAN ALSO ADD WHITE OATS AND SESAME SEEDS AS PER YOUR CHOICE. (TRAY WITH BUTTER PAPER OR  YOU CAN USE PARCHMENT PAPER ) THANK YOU ! DON'T FORGET TO TRY. The flavour of a barfi is often enhanced with fruits (such as  mango  or  coconut ) or nuts (such as  cashew ,  pistachio , or peanut) and spices (such as  cardamom  or  rose water ). Barfis are usually coated with a thin layer of  edible metallic leaf   known as  vark . They are typically cut into square, diamond, or round shapes.
